Sunly rearing incubation equipment is a entire stainless steel frame structure equipment which our technical personnel have reseached and developed to satisfy the requirements of the various bio-pharmaceutical factories and GMP certification.

(one)Configuration:
1. A set of Wall-mounted large-screen three-way dynamic LCD display in both Chinese and English control system.
2. A military-grade temperature probe of the United States AD company.
3. A high-sensitivity wet-test probe of Franch HUMTREL company.
4. AC contactor, thermal relay are Siemens products, air switch is MGE products.
5. Egg trolley surface is hot-dip galvanizing
Note: The inside and outside walls of the cabinet doors use stainless steel, the frontispiece of front panels also uses stainless steel.
6. The rest of the outside wall use colorful steel panels, the inside walls use stainless steel panels, thermal insulation use high-density polystyrene whose bulk density is 20kg/ m³ , aluminum electrostatic spraying.
7. A humidification solenoid valve of Taiwan AIRTAC company, adopting new high pressure spraying humidifying way imported from America.

(two)Box
Incubator box panels are 80 centimeters thickness, good thermal insulation performance. Both inside and outside walls are color coating steel plate (white), materials are aluminum electrostatic spraying, the cabinet is corrosion resistance to anti-corrosion, all materials are thermal stability and moistureproof. Bottom border: Parallels and bottom borders are hot-dip galvanized steel plate bending forming, incubator ia a bottomless structure, easy to clean and disinfect, in line with the GMP requirements. Observation window on the door should be larger, no screw on surface. Let eggs cars orbital plane at the same plane with the outside plane of incubator. The noise in the incubator is relatively small to ensure the normal development of embryos.

(three)Humidification system:
Adopting spray humidification way, the nozzle is imported stainless steel, the kickstand groupwares are founded by SU304 stainless steel. The solenoid valve is an imprted products. Using pure water as waterhead, is in line with GMP requirements.
(four)Control System
The use of Chinese and English intelligent control system. Control system uses a DOT-matrix liquid crystal as display screen. In addition to automatic control system, also sets an conductive ammeter protection and emergency control system, in order to ensure the safety of the incubation process.

(five)Exhaust System
Downcastair and exhaust system: To ensure that the complete isolation between foul gas in machine and clean rooms.
