Incubation Equipment

In order to use our incubation equipment rightly, to exert equipment's potential performance furthest, to achieve the best incubation effect, we now provide following environment conditions, for reference only.

(one)The space requirements of hatchery
1. The distance between the back of the incubator and the wall is 0.6m, there should be about 3m operating space. Using the 16800-type\19200-type machines as an example, the room's net width that single-row placing need is 6m, double-row is 9m.
2. The distance between the top of the incubator and the stamp top is about 1.5m.
3. Should obligate a gate for machine to enter when building hatchery, the gate size is 1.5m*2.8m(height*width), the access door for inside hatch trolley is 1.5m*2.3m(height*width).

TWO: The ground requirements of hatchery
1. Can adopt grounds such as cement and terrazzo, the carrying capacity is 750 kg/cm2, the flatness should less than 5mm.
2. Should set up drains before machine, cover steel fence to keep flat with ground.

THREE: The temperature and humidity requirements of hatchery
1. The ambient temperature should be maintained at 20~27° C.
2. The environmental humidity should be maintained at 60~80%RH.
3. The temperature and humidity requirements of ostrich hatchery:
A. The ambient temperature should be maintained at 18~25° C.
B. The environmental humidity should be maintained at 20~50%RH.

FOUR: The ventilation requirements of hatchery
1. In order to supply enough fresh air, under the conditions of natural ventilation volume is insufficient, should install intake laneway and intake fan, fresh air had better rise(down)its temperature by air conditioning equipment at first and then enter the hatchery, total air intake volume should be more than total exhaust volume.
2. Hatchery should have good exhaust equipment, the aim is to vent high-temperature rot gas outside vented by incubator, to avoid the repeated use of rot gas.

FIVE: The water supply of hatchery
1. The water used to humidifying and cooling must be clean soft water, forbid to use hard water which has higher iron and calcium content.
2. For the use of water cooling spray humidification incubator, the hydraulic pressure should ensure at 3~5 kg/cm2. If the pressure can not achieve, you should add booster pumps.
3. The water supply system connector(valve), should normally be set behind incubator or other convenient places.

SIX: The power supply of hatchery
1. Power parameters: 380V± 10% 220V± 10% 50Hz
2. The power connection is three phase five line system, the conducting wire cross-sectional area should be sufficient.
3. Each machine should be connected with power supply separately, install insurance, the load of each phase of the total power supply should basicly maintain balance.
4. Suggest to install a standby dynamotor, for blackout use.
5. Must install lightning conductor, the ground wire should be buried 1.5~2m deep underground.
